Shipping and Returns

When you receive something you weren't expecting, we feel your pain. That's why we're here for you every step of the way in your shopping journey! 

Return of Purchase due to Dissatisfaction: After purchasing through our Online store, and after received the product in perfect condition and still are not happy with the purchase, you can request the cancellation of the purchase, you can request the cancellation of the purchase through our Call Center. But be aware of the rules below:
 

Deadline of Purchase Return: Customers who make purchases through our virtual stores have been up to 15 (fifteen) days after receiving the product to us. 
 

Merchandise Return:
1. Merchandise must be returned via post office (USPS) with postage paid by the customer, to our store located in Everett. 

2. The product must be returned in its original packaging and original tag from TACHIC. 

3. The product must not show any signs of use, or otherwise it will not be allowed to be returned.

4.We do not accept returns or exchanges for white garments, embroidered pieces, or intimate items such as bikinis and swimsuits.

ATTENTION: The product that does not meet the conditions required above, will not be accepted as a return and will be automatically sent back to the address of origin. We reserve the right to make a new freight charge to the client account.
 

Return of Payment: The reversal may occur within 5 to 7 business days, after we receive the freight paid amount. 
There will be no refund of the freight paid amount. 
NOTE: Any intention to return any product must be communicated to us before sending the product(s) to us. 
 

Important note:

 The original shipping fee is non-refundable.

STORE POLICY:
Exchanges accepted within 7 days of the purchase date.

We do not accept exchanges for items without tags or with signs of wear.

We do not offer refunds in cash or on card.

We do not exchange red or green items.

We do not issue store credit for future purchases.
No exchanges or refunds on (white merchandise, party dresses, bikinis, jewelry, belts, and sale items).
